yesterday i decided that since modwheelmood sucks and their music is ONLY available on iTunes (not even on shifty torrents or anything. DD:), that i'd use that iShizzle gift card that i got for my birfday.

so after spending 1/2 an hour trying to figure out what the fizzle is iGoing on, i download both their EP's, and prepare my ears for pretty sound via WIN!amp (at the disco). unfortunately, since tortellini-boy has a GIANT crush on anything iApple (and apparantly a horrid hatred for anything not), the songs were fucking protected, and only able to play exclusively on iProducts. DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD:<

to put it short, since cortini loves apple, i wasn't able to play any of the songs i just PAID for.

i posted a thread on the DF boards asking for help, but their suggestions were either super!high tech (at the disco), or suicidal in nature (expected, considering it's the BOARD OF DESPAIR.), i decided to take matters into my own hands...

...but first i ate some wonderful sushi, and had some more camp training...

THEN! when i got home i did alot of stuff that didn't work, and then at, like, 10:00 last night i came across a conversion program that actually worked!?!?!? (i went through at least 10 others. O_O)

and i spent about more than 45 minutes of my life waiting for this fucking thing to convert 12 (yep, 12.) songs into a useable format. >:C

and finally, at, like, midnight, last, night, i, got, to, hear, the, songs that had been plaguing my brain for most of the entire day.

and damn, they're good. i mean GOOD.




so what did i learn last night?
iTunes sucks, life sucks, shady random internet software sucks, and alessandro cortini has a really pretty voice.




surf's up is the best movie i've seen all year. stoner chickens, ADORABLE little baby penguins, and tiny, blatently gay birds for the HARDCORE WIN! (at the disco)
